Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For firearms-sell facilities, the position may require a CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by hiring, training and mentoring associates.
• Promote a belonging mindset and promote high customer service standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and expense control to meet sales and profit goals.
