Walmart Inc. in Laurens, SC seeks a dynamic leader to oversee store operations, mentor hourly associates, and drive customer-focused results. You will hire, train, and develop teams, set clear expectations, and promote a culture of belonging while aligning with Walmart's One Best Way standards.

You will analyze store performance, manage budgets, merchandising, inventory flow, and implement action plans to enhance the customer experience and achieve sales and profit goals.

Formación

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops teams through training and feedback.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues using OBW.
• Drive store financial performance via budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Hire, train, mentor hourly associates and promote belonging.
