Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams and delivering customer service.
• Ability to analyze data and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, teach training, listen to associates, provide feedback and guidance.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs are met, resolve issues, and implement action plans to improve service and operations.
