Qualifikationen

• For minimum qualifications, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics is required, plus related supervisory or logistics experience.
• Experience in Walmart logistics or supervising associates is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is advantageous.

• Implement the business plan for area by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Assign duties and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety).
• Monitor productivity and analyze business reports in the area of responsibility.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Identify concerns among associates, customers, or suppliers and determine corrective action.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Respect the individual and build high-performing teams; foster belonging and opportunities for all associates.
