Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management and mentoring.
Proven ability to hire, train, and develop associates and promote a belonging culture.
Strong ethics, integrity and adherence to corporate policies.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and coaching.
Manage budgeting, forecasting and expenses to support sales goals.
Ensure effective merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
