Walmart Georgetown, SC is hiring for a leadership-focused role overseeing store operations and a team of associates. You will drive customer service excellence, manage budgeting, forecasting and expenses, and ensure effective merchandising and inventory flow.

The role emphasizes mentorship, belonging, and collaboration with multiple levels of staff while delivering results aligned with Walmart's Everyday Low Price model.

Competenze

• 2 years’ of college or 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Attend required trainings such as Academy trainings and Open Door trainings.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training and listening to associates.
• Improve customer service and resolve issues following OBW service model.
• Manage store P&L, budgeting, forecasting and expenses.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow and store operations.
• Hire, train and mentor hourly associates; promote belonging.
• Communicate goals with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
