Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking an Area Manager for the Food & Beverage Warehouse in Avon, OH. This full-time, year-round role oversees inventory control, purchasing support, and distribution of park supplies, coordinating with the F&B Manager to uphold quality standards.

You will lead daily warehouse activities, coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering seamless service to park operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with park warehouse operations desirable.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be computer literate & able to understand basic park software systems.
• Must possess a valid OH driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock to support park operations. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits.
• Assign daily tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, and deliveries. Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with Food & Beverage & Retail teams to coordinate delivery schedules to ensure departments receive products in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverage products in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Enforce safe equipment operation including forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles.
