Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking an Area Manager - Food and Beverage to oversee daily F&B operations across designated locations on site in Ohio. You will supervise restaurant staff, drive training initiatives, and ensure adherence to health and safety practices while optimizing costs and profit.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership and cross‑functional teams to implement budgets, menus, and service standards, while maintaining exceptional guest experiences across park venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 2–4 years in F&B management and supervisory experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; ServSafe certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, and develop restaurant supervisors and hourly associates.
• Ensure ServSafe Alcohol certifications for responsible service.
• Oversee F&B locations to meet budget, COGS, labor, and other costs.
• Develop and achieve business plans with the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Coordinate with internal audits and inspections (health, brand standards).
• Manage ordering and inventory to deliver quality guest experiences.
