Target Corp in North Charleston, SC, is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to guide a high-energy team on the sales floor and in back areas. You will ensure guest experiences meet Target’s standards, manage daily workload, and drive sales through strong leadership and efficient operations.

You will lead a team of hourly associates, train and coach staff, and collaborate with store leadership to uphold food safety, pricing accuracy, and promotional signing across all Food & Beverage areas.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of hourly team members and manage workload and daily tasks.
• Deliver Target’s guest experience commitments and maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory, food safety, pricing, and promotional signing in Food & Beverage areas.
