Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly service.
• Ensure staff are trained to meet Target guest experience commitments and operations.
• Observe performance and provide feedback; recognize strong guest experiences.
• Monitor area metrics and drive improvements to guest experience and sales outcomes.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to achieve department and store goals; manage merchandising and promotions.
• Lead staff through huddles, coaching, and development; ensure safety and compliance.
