Target Food & Beverage leadership role seeking capable managers to guide hourly staff and ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will lead, train, coach and evaluate team members while maintaining high standards in service, inventory and pricing accuracy.

The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, with hours that may fluctuate based on business needs. Comprehensive benefits and store team support are provided.

Competenze

• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; attendance is crucial.
• Full-time role, hours may fluctuate and not guaranteed to be 40 per week.

• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, training, coaching, evaluating and developing talent.
• Assess backroom and sales floor areas daily, prioritizing workload and reviewing reporting for trends.
