Qualifikationen

• Ensure team understands and delivers Target's guest experience commitments and consistent operations.
• Lead a Food & Beverage team, planning daily/weekly workload to support priorities and goals.
• Partner with store leadership to influence sales performance and workload delivery.
• Maintain food safety standards and ensure products are in-stock and properly displayed.
• Lead and onboard new team members and participate in hiring processes.
