Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Team Leader at 1040 Dale Mabry Hwy, Lutz, FL. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage daily operations in the Food & Beverage area. The role requires 18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent, and prior retail/food experience is a plus.

You will oversee staff, coordinate shifts, train teammates, and uphold Target standards for safety and service while collaborating with store leadership to meet sales goals.
