Job summary

Target in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee daily operations, guest experience, and inventory control. The role focuses on delivering an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience while maintaining freshness and price accuracy across Food & Beverage areas.

You will lead a team of hourly teammates, train staff, and partner with store leadership to meet sales goals. The position is full-time and requires flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or food experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Train and supervise hourly team members with coaching and feedback.
• Manage daily workload to meet department and store goals.
• Maintain fresh, safe, and accurately priced Food & Beverage areas.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Lead team huddles and communicate priorities and trends.
