Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly team members and coach, train, and evaluate performance.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and priorities.
• Ensure food service areas meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate in-stocks and inventory control.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding processes.
• Uphold brand standards and safety procedures.
