Job summary

Target Corp is hiring a Food & Beverage Team Leader in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on leading a team of hourly associates to deliver a consistent guest experience while maintaining inventory accuracy, pricing, and promotional signing across Food & Beverage areas.

You will plan daily workloads, coach staff, and partner with leadership to meet sales goals. The position emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to daily operations, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail and/or food experience preferred.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication across multiple devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach hourly team members, hiring and onboarding processes as needed.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support Food & Beverage priorities and sales goals.
• Ensure guest experience commitments and consistent operations across the team.
• Monitor area metrics and identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and performance.
• Maintain stock levels, pricing accuracy, and product signage on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with store leadership to influence sales performance and achieve store objectives.
