Job summary

Concord in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the food and beverage team at Marriott Crabtree. The starting rate is $17-$20 per hour, with responsibilities including supervision of bar and lounge staff, inventory control, and ensuring high quality service across outlets.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in full-service restaurants, knowledge of beverage cost, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within full-service restaurants.
• Knowledge of beverage cost and inventory controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Micros experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Bar and Lounge servers, bartenders, bussers, steward and hostesses.
• Assist the manager to order liquor and maintain inventories; ensure compliance with NC ABC laws.
• Provides associates with the tools and equipment they need to do their jobs.
• Takes immediate action on problems in the kitchen or restaurant.
• Participates in weekly staff meetings and inventory.
• Ensures all food served is high quality and served promptly across outlets.
• Be ready to assist in other hotel operations as needed.
