Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor in Miami to partner with the F&B Manager, lead the team, and ensure top-notch service. You will motivate staff, handle guest concerns, and keep operations running smoothly to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Ideal candidates have supervisory hotel experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure while interpreting basic financial data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Progressive hotel experience with supervisory background preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and effective listening and clarification abilities.
• Ability to interpret financial data and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service quality by monitoring food quality and guest feedback.
• Lead and motivate staff; foster open communication and teamwork.
• Oversee daily operations including costs, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory.
• Develop promotional ideas to attract guests and boost sales and support training.
