White Lodging is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of our premium hotel restaurants. This full-time role focuses on delivering flawless service, coaching a high-performing team, and maintaining operational excellence across shifts.

You will oversee P&L, payroll, and scheduling while collaborating with kitchen and service teams to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits. Growth opportunities exist across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant P&L, control labor and food costs, and drive profitability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations across every shift.
• Lead daily restaurant management responsibilities, including payroll processing and staff scheduling.
• Foster a guest-first culture by mentoring and developing your team to deliver upscale service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams to create seamless dining experiences.
• Identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced hotel restaurant setting.
