Job summary

Aloft Henderson is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily service and mentor a hospitality team. You’ll work with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure high standards, manage guest feedback, and keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory hotel experience, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret financial data while overseeing costs, scheduling, and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college hospitality coursework is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and perform basic arithmetic.

• Service Superheroes: Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service; address guest feedback promptly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities.
