Velvet Buffalo is part of Geronimo Hospitality Group, delivering modern Italian dining with a rustic charm in a premium hotel environment. We seek a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead planning, training, and daily operations to meet sales, quality, and guest satisfaction goals.

You will manage weekly orders, staff development, and interview/hiring processes while upholding high standards. This role emphasizes frontline leadership, cost control, and ensuring consistently excellent service.

Qualifications

• High level of professionalism.
• Knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 1 year of front-of-house operations and/or assistant management positions.
• Ability to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate planning, organizing, training and leadership to achieve objectives in sales, costs, staff retention, guest service and satisfaction.
• Assist in development of training, placing weekly orders, and interviewing/hiring.
• Schedule labor as required and ensure staffing as needed.
• Ensure guests receive welcoming, responsive, friendly service and handle inquiries/complaints.
