Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Merrill & Houston’s Steak Joint in Beloit, WI. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and guest service to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, training, inventory, and ensuring policies are followed. You will lead a team to achieve sales, quality, and service goals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of front-of-house operations or assistant management experience.
• Excellent basic math skills and POS proficiency.
• Knowledge of service and food and beverage standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and other managerial duties as assigned.
• Oversee weekly ordering and communicate product alterations or substitutions as needed.
• Understand and apply all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• Assist in development and improvement of training programs and policies.
• Ensure guests are welcomed with responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure food and products are served according to Geronimo Hospitality standards.
• Schedule labor to meet activity while controlling costs.
• Comply with health, safety and labor regulations.
