Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group in Beloit, Wisconsin, is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will sort, wash and return dishes, support the line, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized to ensure smooth service. Candidates should be at least 16 and have U.S.

work authorization; prior kitchen experience is preferred. We offer an inclusive team culture and opportunities for training as part of our hospitality group.

Qualifications

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes in a timely fashion as they enter the dish room.
• Practice safe knife handling; if training is needed, see the Chef.
• Return all cleaned dishes, glassware, etc. to proper location.
• Responsible for basic preventative maintenance of dishwashing equipment and communicating with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef when something requires attention.
• Trash removal as needed.
• Food preparation duties as determined by the Sous or Executive Chef.
• Open/close the kitchen properly and follow the opening/closing checklist for kitchen stations.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the Dishwasher, you will sort, wash and return all dishes and utensils to food operations throughout kitchen and banquet areas. You will also expedite clean dishes and utensils to the cook line and other areas of Food/Beverage on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• You have previous kitchen experience (preferred but not mandatory)
