You will supervise teams, monitor guest satisfaction, ensure safety and sanitation, and assist in inventory and administrative tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor and teamwork spirit.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and beverage service.
• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate service priorities.
• Maintain floor presence to monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across outlets.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency with standards.
• Support inventory management and stock forecasting.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for equipment.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain and reconcile the house bank and cash handling procedures.
• Support payroll tracking, shift reporting, and daily documentation.
• Promote a positive team environment and uphold policies.
