Job summary

Faro Blanco Resort in Florida seeks an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee all service facets of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with hotel standards. You will direct, implement, and maintain a service/management philosophy for staff, while coordinating with managers and the General Manager.

The role requires at least one year in Food & Beverage supervision, strong communication skills, and familiarity with cost controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Restaurant / Food and Beverage.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training preferred.
• Alcohol awareness training (TIPS) preferred.
• Knowledge of cost controls in F&B is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising all aspects of restaurant service in line with hotel standards.
• Directs and maintains service and management philosophy for staff.
• Ensures communication with General Manager and department managers and staff.
• Assists in managing employee performance to maintain productivity and quality.
