Qualifications

• Proven experience as food and beverage supervisor or similar role.

• Food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising employees to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly.
• Monitoring employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met.
• Coordinating employee schedules, including shift changes and absences.
• Overseeing inventory of food and beverage supplies, ordering new items as needed.
• Maintaining sanitation standards on the premises by monitoring employee compliance with company policies regarding cleanliness.
• Managing employee payroll by reviewing time cards and processing paychecks.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training new employees as needed.
• Establishing budgets for food, labor costs, and other expenses related to running the business.
• Providing customer service by answering questions about menu items or suggesting items based on customer preferences.
