Job summary

Legends Global at One World Observatory in New York City seeks a Retail Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the gallery gift shop, guiding a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding guest service while maintaining the shop space.

You will partner with the Retail Manager, run inventory, train staff, ensure brand standards, and provide a memorable guest experience within a dynamic, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing service role within hospitality/attractions.
• Strong verbal and written English; professional demeanor.
• Ability to supervise and train a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the gallery gift shop.
• Supervise and coach retail associates to deliver guest service.
• Maintain inventory and ensure stock levels meet sales goals.
• Uphold brand standards and assist with opening/closing procedures.
