Overview
The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing the food and beverage operations within the hotel to provide quality service, food and beverage presentation, and guest experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned F&B areas.
  2. Understand state liquor regulations, especially those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving.
  3. Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness.
  4. Support the Manager by ensuring staff reports to work; document any late or absent employees.
  5. Coordinate breaks for assigned staff.
  6. Inspect table/set-ups for cleanliness, neatness, and accuracy with guest orders and departmental standards.
  7. Ensure all orders are delivered within designated timelines.
  8. Assist in taking guests' orders and follow procedures to meet department standards.
  9. Document relevant information in the department logbook.
  10. Complete all paperwork and closing duties per departmental standards.
  11. Review assignments and follow-up actions with the Manager and/or on-coming Supervisor.

Education And Experience

  1. High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
  2. Prefer 1-2 years of experience in an F&B role.
  3. Knowledge of Micros and Delphi is a plus but not required.
  4. Good understanding of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
  6. Minimum age of 21 to serve alcoholic beverages.
  7. Willing to obtain necessary certificates/licenses to meet compliance standards.
