Job summary

Hyatt Regency Frisco is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead and coach a team, ensuring high standards of food and beverage service. The role includes coordinating with culinary and restaurant operations, and may involve training, inventory, scheduling, and interviewing to support outlet performance.

Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to managing shifts, with flexibility for AM/PM/weekends and holidays in a bustling hotel setting.

Hyatt Regency Frisco is conveniently located 25 minutes north of the Dallas with 303 guestrooms and 27,500 square feet of event space. The 18-story hotel is situated in the heart of Frisco, TX at the Stonebriar Centre. Just steps from Dr. Pepper Stadium, FC Dallas / Toyota Stadium, Frisco Discovery Center, many entertainment choices and dining options.

Summary

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities. This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction and may include training, inventory and ordering, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. F&B Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liason between culinary and restaurant operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.
