Job summary

Hyatt Regency Frisco is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead service in our busy outlets just north of Dallas. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and partner with culinary teams to maintain product quality and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have previous F&B experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; the role offers growth opportunities within Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.

• Previous F&B experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with a flexible schedule (including AM/PM/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead other colleagues by coaching, giving direction and training as needed.
• Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing as part of outlet operations.
• Ensure fundamental F&B knowledge and act as liaison between culinary and restaurant operations.
• Contribute to overall outlet performance, including product quality and service standards.

Hyatt Regency Frisco is conveniently located 25 minutes north of the Dallas with 303 guestrooms and 27,500 square feet of event space.The 18-story hotel is situated in the heart of Frisco, TX at the Stonebriar Centre. Just steps from Dr. Pepper Stadium, FC Dallas / Toyota Stadium, Frisco Discovery Center, many entertainment choices and dining options.

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities. This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction and may include training, inventory and ordering, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. F&B Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liason between culinary and restaurant operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.
