Hyatt Regency Frisco is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead and coach a team, ensuring high standards of food and beverage service. The role includes coordinating with culinary and restaurant operations, and may involve training, inventory, scheduling, and interviewing to support outlet performance.

Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to managing shifts, with flexibility for AM/PM/weekends and holidays in a bustling hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous F&B experience required.
• Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule (including AM/PM/Weekends and holidays), be a team player and a dynamic leader.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and directs colleagues and may include training, inventory and ordering, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.
• Liaises between culinary and restaurant operations to uphold product quality and service standards.
