Responsibilities
- Leading the day‑to‑day operation of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service execution.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues through ongoing feedback, training, and hands‑on leadership.
- Leading by example on the floor while actively supporting the team during service and anticipating guest and operational needs.
- Upholding Hyatt's service standards and holding the team accountable for delivering exceptional hospitality and consistent execution.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction, resolving concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience.
- Ensuring compliance with Hyatt brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
- Collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities to enhance the physical space, improve service flow, and maintain an inviting environment for guests.
- Supporting operational initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, high‑performing team culture.

Qualifications
