Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight.

• Bar knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of Food & Beverage outlets.
• Coach and develop colleagues through feedback, training, and hands-on leadership.
• Lead by example on the floor while supporting the team during service.
• Uphold Hyatt standards and ensure exceptional hospitality and consistent execution.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly, and identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance the physical space, service flow, and guest environment.
• Support operational initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and foster a high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day‑to‑day operation of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service execution.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues through ongoing feedback, training, and hands‑on leadership.
• Leading by example on the floor while actively supporting the team during service and anticipating guest and operational needs.
• Upholding Hyatt's service standards and holding the team accountable for delivering exceptional hospitality and consistent execution.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction, resolving concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience.
• Ensuring compliance with Hyatt brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities to enhance the physical space, improve service flow, and maintain an inviting environment for guests.
• Supporting operational initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, high‑performing team culture.
