Job summary

HYATT house is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee all areas of the food and beverage function at a HYATT house property. The role includes managing inventories and budgets while ensuring cost control, scheduling events or meetings, and training staff to uphold service standards.

The position is on-site with hourly pay of $31.04, and the candidate should have supervisory experience in hospitality and strong customer service skills to support a busy, guest-focused operation.

Summary

HYATT house is an extended-stay, residential-style hotel that aims to provide individual travelers with the feel of a modern condominium. The 125 to 200 room, all-suite properties offer comforts of home such as fully equipped kitchens, flat panel HDTVs and free high-speed internet access. The public space features facilities such as a pool, a fitness center, a business center, a full breakfast every morning and the HBar in the evening. HYATT house properties are located in urban, airport and suburban locations and can accommodate small corporate meetings and corporate clients seeking to place their employees on extended assignment.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for all areas of the food and beverage function. This includes but is not limited to managing inventories/budget, managing cost of food and beverage, scheduling and overseeing of events, banquets or meetings. In addition, this position will assist in training employees.

Pay per hour $31.04
