Job summary

Kolter Hospitality, LLC. in Delray Beach, FL seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the Restaurant and Bar teams, deliver service excellence, and maintain high standards.

You will supervise operations, ensure cleanliness, train staff to SOPs, monitor quality, payroll, and guest satisfaction, and cover all restaurant and bar positions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage operations during assigned shift.
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant including tables and side stations.

• Maintain service standards and monitor food quality and service levels.
• Cover all positions in the restaurant and bar when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with tip reporting, uniforms, and policies.
• Report items in need of repair and follow safety procedures.

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Food & Beverage Supervisor delivers service excellence to guests and ensures they receive a courteous, professional and efficient experience. This position is responsible for overseeing the operation and staff of the Restaurant and Bar to maintain the highest level of standards.

Performance Expectations

• Supervise food and beverage operations during assigned shift.
• Ensure physical environment and cleanliness of restaurant including tables and side stations
• Assist in maintaining a smooth-running operation and ensure team members are trained and adhere to SOP.
• Monitor food quality and service level.
• Monitor payroll and revenue.
• Provide a pleasant and efficient environment for staff and guests.
• Assist in inventory control.
• Maintain service standards.
• Cover all positions in the restaurant, and bar when necessary.
• Ensure that associates comply with tip-reporting requirements, uniform and service guidelines, and other policies and procedures.
• Report any items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.

General Requirements

Able to work most weekends and holidays.

Report to work on time and in proper uniform.

Knowledge and/or ability to operate a computer.

Experience: Previous food and beverage experience. Experience overseeing/directing a team a plus.

Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
