MGM Resorts International is seeking a Food & Beverage Steward for Park MGM in Las Vegas. This on-call, part-time role supports culinary teams by washing and sanitizing dishes, maintaining safety standards, and keeping stewarding areas clean and organized.

The starting rate is $25.0552 per hour, with responsibilities including waste handling and inventory tasks. The ideal candidate will be 18+, have 6+ months of related experience or a Culinary Training Academy certificate, and possess a valid

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in stewarding or similar role or Culinary Training Academy certification preferred.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card upon hire.
• Proficient in English, both speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, equipment, and work areas.
• Handle waste management and maintain linen inventory.
• Assist with biohazard cleanup when required and transport items around the kitchen.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed and report issues to supervision.
