Responsibilities

• Oversee daily/hourly operations during a normal 8-hour shift.
• Operate restaurant/beverage service as directed by the manager.
• Control cash and receipts with adherence to cash handling procedures.
• Provide accurate advice and reports to F&B leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
• Train and guide staff during shifts.
• Attend pre-shift briefings and share updates.
