Job summary

Snowbasin-Resort-1 is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate daily Front of House operations within their outlet. You will work closely with the outlet Chef de Cuisine and F&B leadership to meet operational needs and drive brand standards, staff retention, and financial results.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to travel to Snowbasin for scheduled shifts. A solid knowledge of POS, safety, and beverage service is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• 2+ years of food & beverage management experience.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, safety and sanitation.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Utah Food Handler’s Permit.
• SIPS & TIPS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and abide by policies and procedures.
• Lead by example and foster teamwork across FOH and BOH.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety practices.
• Develop knowledge of POS system and alcohol records.
• Manage ordering, scheduling, and cash procedures.
• Ensure reporting is completed for payroll, schedules and logs.
