Job summary

Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager for the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown. You’ll oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, and in-room dining, mentoring a team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Lead front-of-house teams, collaborate with kitchen, manage inventory and cost control, and contribute to menu development and promotional events to drive revenue. Competitive benefits start day one and a generous bonus plan.

• 3+ years of F&B operations experience, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of F&B inventory management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in multiple food and beverage outlets, including the Montford Rooftop Bar.
• Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and providing performance feedback.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality and manage food delivery processes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control, reducing waste and cost.
• Ensure that all service areas meet company standards for presentation, cleanliness, and customer care.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and execution of new menus, promotions, and special events to boost revenue.

At Parks Hospitality Group , we are looking for an inspiring and charismatic Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead our front-of-house dining venues, including the award-winning Montford Rooftop Bar. In this highly visible role, you will be the face of our hospitality—overseeing daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services.
