Job summary

Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager for the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown. You will oversee daily operations across the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and in-room dining, mentoring a team and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Lead initiatives to optimize food quality, inventory control, and cost management while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff, craft engaging menus, and promote events to boost revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of F&B operations experience, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of F&B inventory management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in multiple food and beverage outlets, including the Montford Rooftop Bar.
• Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and providing performance feedback.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality and manage food delivery processes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control, reducing waste and cost.
• Ensure that all service areas meet company standards for presentation, cleanliness, and customer care.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and execution of new menus, promotions, and special events to boost revenue.

At Parks Hospitality Group , we are looking for an inspiring and charismatic Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead our front-of-house dining venues, including the award-winning Montford Rooftop Bar. In this highly visible role, you will be the face of our hospitality—overseeing daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services.
