Job summary

Parks Hospitality Group is hiring a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager for the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown in Asheville, NC. You will oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, and in-room dining, guiding a talented FOH team and collaborating with the kitchen to uphold quality and service excellence.

You will lead menu development, promotions, and events, while maintaining top hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of F&B operations experience with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of F&B inventory management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in multiple food and beverage outlets, including the Montford Rooftop Bar.
• Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and feedback.
• Collaborate with kitchen to maintain food quality and delivery processes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock control, reducing waste and cost.
• Ensure service areas meet company standards for presentation and care.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Assist in developing and executing new menus, promotions, and events to boost revenue.
