Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food and Beverage or related field required.

• Ability to train, follow and implement training manuals.

Responsibilities

• Administers the overall activities of the restaurant operation on assigned shift.
• Establishes and administers training programs within the assigned restaurants.
• Counsels, guides and instructs personnel in proper performance of their duties.
• Develops and administers controls for restaurant operations to maintain standards and profitability.
• Maintains sanitation, safety policies, and equipment operation standards.
• Ensures staffing levels meet service quality targets and labor budgets.
