Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Demi Chef to join our culinary team. The role supervises staff, assists with kitchen operations, and ensures quality and guest satisfaction while controlling costs.

Starting pay is up to $24.00 per hour; shift times vary. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED and two years of culinary experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years of culinary experience preferred or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Mansioni

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
• Support and administer operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives.
• Coordinate scheduling with the manager and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, well-stocked, and maintains quality standards.
• Assist with maintaining budgets and cost controls.
