Omni La Mansion del Rio is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to manage dining room operations, ensure service excellence, and support the culinary team in a fast-paced resort environment.

Requirements include 1 year in F&B supervision, Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications, and strong English communication. The role demands flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with attention to detail and customer service as priorities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage supervision or management role preferred.
• Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications required.
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests, members, management and co-workers.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi task.
• Prior serving and cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have the ability to manage deadlines.
• Basic familiarity with Food and Beverage financials including cost and par controls is preferred.
• Must have a strong attention to detail as well as strong customer service skills.
• Must know emergency procedures and work to prevent accidents.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards and scheduling.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, cleanliness and guest well-being.
• Maintain familiarity with menus and beverage offerings.
• Ensure staff completes side work checklists for dining room.
• Spot check liquor pars and order daily supplies.
• Monitor food and liquor requisitions and maintain bar controls.
• Hold pre-shift meetings and ensure department training requirements are met monthly.
• Handle guest comments and complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate with guests and receive feedback.
• Stay on the floor during peak hours and motivate the team.
