Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned shifts and assist in overall management of Prado and Centro outlets.
• Provide floor supervision with focus on Room Service, Crave Cafe, Prado Restaurant, Centro Restaurant, and Pool operations.
• Ensure service standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed across all outlets.
• Lead pre-shift briefings, train and coach associates, and monitor staff performance for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain dining room, lounge, pool deck, and service areas in optimal condition and cleanliness.
• Assist in cost control through monitoring liquor and food par levels and waste.
