Job summary

Omni La Mansion del Rio is seeking a friendly Host - Greeter to deliver exceptional guest service on the Riverwalk in downtown San Antonio. You will greet guests, manage reservations, seat guests with warmth, and support the restaurant team to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates have hands-on food and beverage knowledge, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. English fluency and professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge and hospitality know-how.
• Experience in a fine dining host role is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and comply with hotel rules.
• Answer phone, manage reservations, greet and seat guests.
• Keep host area and entrance organized and clean.
• Know menu items and assist with guest requests promptly.
• Report equipment or housekeeping needs to management.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
