The role requires strategic and hands-on leadership with a focus on cost control, menu design input, and cross-department collaboration to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with four to eight years of leadership in Food & Beverage.
• Experience managing F&B operations, budgeting, and staff development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and F&B software systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs the overall operations and staff of the Food & Beverage department.
• Develops and monitors goals, performance, and profit objectives.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls to meet guest satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with budgets and departmental initiatives.
• Represents the department in updates to senior leadership and plans.
