Job summary

Colonial Downs Group is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily kitchen, restaurant, concessions, and bar operations across the property. The role includes staffing, budgeting, menu oversight, and ensuring health and safety compliance at a Virginia venue.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of progressive F&B experience, Serv-Safe certification, and a valid racing license. This is a full-time position reporting to operations leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five to seven years of progressive F&B experience.
• Must obtain Serv-Safe certification.
• Must obtain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of kitchen, restaurant, concessions, and bar outlets.
• Hire, train, develop, and manage Food & Beverage staff.
• Manage budgets and assist with payroll and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with HR on personnel issues.
• Work with leadership to update menus and POS systems.
