PENN Entertainment is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to direct operations across the department and drive profitability. You will manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and service standards while promoting exceptional guest experiences.

You will support menu design, cost controls, and compliance, collaborating with executives to align with strategic goals. Flexible scheduling and strong leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 4–8 years F&B leadership experience at manager level or higher.
• Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in F&B software systems.
• Ability to train and motivate team and think strategically about pricing, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Willing to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Directs the overall operations and staff of the Food & Beverage department and manages goals and profit objectives.
• Ensures effective scheduling to control labor costs and achieve guest satisfaction.
• Prepares and monitors budgets and reports deviations to the Director.
• Promotes superior customer service and ensures standards are followed by all team members.
• Assists in directing Food & Beverage and casino beverage operations and menu design.
• Implements inventory controls and cost management; maintains safety and sanitation compliance.
• Communicates plans and updates to senior management and drives departmental profitability.
