Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurant, resort, entertainment, or theme park operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operating environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, guest service, food safety, and administrative reporting.
• Onboard and train Food & Beverage team members; monitor training progress.
• Maintain awareness of park-wide operations and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Support leadership with communication of operational updates, policy changes, and special-event information.
• Review timekeeping and assist with discrepancies; monitor labor and productivity.
