Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the F&B leadership team. This role involves scheduling, recordkeeping, report compilation, and coordinating with culinary, IT, and internal partners to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of administrative support experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist F&B leaders with scheduling and meeting coordination.
• Maintain departmental records and generate reports.
• Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Update menus and coordinate changes with relevant teams.
• Assist with inventory and procurement for culinary operations.
• Coordinate IT and equipment needs for the department.
• Support large-scale F&B and Gaming Enterprise events.
